Upon closure of an account that is not subject to fund forfeiture under these Terms, 777win will process any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) to the account holder's primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts under investigation will have their balances frozen pending resolution of the investigation.
Account holders may close their 777win account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests involving a self-exclusion designation will be treated as irreversible for the self-exclusion period — no re-registration request will be entertained during this period.
